Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is incorrect or not as described
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Refunds
- We offer refunds only (no replacements)
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Requests made after 7 days
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions
- In some cases, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation
