Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product is incorrect or not as described

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • We offer refunds only (no replacements)
  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Requests made after 7 days

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions
  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation
